Friday 5 for January 5: Touch that dial

1.  What’s the most boring thing on TV? Let's be honest, y'all. How is Law and Order anything still going? CSI anything surely can't be that different either. I truly don't know how there is so much room on television for crime dramas with the same mystery and same plot, especially when there is already so much pain in the world. 2. What’s the most enlightening thing on TV? Dimension 20 pushes the boundaries of storytelling so far and brings such life into every space it inhabits- not only does it enlighten, it inspires. 3. What’s the most comforting thing on TV? If only it was a few years ago, I would say "The Good Place", but whatever Michael Schur is working on is sure to have joy and love and philosophically sound goodness. This, of course, includes my all-time favorite show "Parks and Recreation" too. 4. What’s the tawdriest thing on TV? The news? The Today Show?
